Space Availability - Library

Each ground floor Group Study Room features:

• Power for your own devices
• Large display screen with built in PC and camera for videoconferencing - no need to connect your own device to the screen
• Space for up to six people

Please note the following important information about your booking:

• Your group must arrive within 15 minutes of the time you booked or your whole booking may be cancelled and given to another group
• Rooms may be booked up to one month in advance
• Maximum booking length: 2 hours per group per day (this cannot be extended)
• Time slots must be booked consecutively. If you require a split booking please speak to a member of the Hub team who will be happy to help

Rooms are not available during self-service hours.

Please note that rooms will be locked 15 minutes before the Student Hub closes and will not be accessible until Student Hub staff return the following morning, so please do not leave any items unattended as they may be locked in overnight
